Suspended ceilings are an important consideration when considering your office refurbishment or fit-out.

Very often we visit sites that need refurbishment or companies take 'second-hand' space which depending on your budget may require either a new ceiling as the existing is dated, tile replacement, or we can spray the tiles with 'Pro-coat'.

'Pro-coat' refinishes the tile as long as it has not been pre painted.

IPS offer a range of ceiling systems offering differing levels of aesthetics and sound qualities, the two main systems are as follows:

Lay-in Grid Systems

Often hung from structural soffits, the ceiling grid system is light weight and can be offered in either a mineral fibre or metal pan finish.

Suspended Ceiling Grid systems offer easy access for future repairs and alterations to lighting and air conditioning and are quick and easy to install.

There are many options with regards to lighting and air conditioning systems that are specifically designed to fit the modular grid system.

Should you need to patch and replace existing ceiling tiles, our representatives will survey the existing system and we will offer advice as to their availability and the options available to you.

MF Ceilings

Metal Firing or 'MF Ceilings' are very popular installations to client facing areas where a 'wow factor' is to be incorporated.

The modern alternative to lath and plaster, MF ceilings are custom built and can be bespoke designed to include feature lighting and incorporate different shapes, including coffered ceilings with 'hidden' lighting.

The plaster boards are fixed to a concealed steel sub-grid and flush filled and decorated for a smooth even finish. Access areas are incorporated for ease of maintenance in the future.

Our web-site shows examples in the projects section.

We install suspended ceilings, whether you want an accessible ceiling grid system, or designer plasterboard ceiling, we have trained fitters to install the system to the highest standard.
