From the initial drawings (in which they picked up many errors from drawings that another company had done and which would have proved to be costly errors - both in money and time), right thro to the finished product - they were excellent. Prices were quoted and adhered to, advice given on materials, etc. If I asked for other options, I was always advised whether these were suitable and what the cost implications were. Quotations and amended quotations were given throughout, so there was always oversight of the final outcome and no surprises.
