This design-led scheme not only made the space more memorable but also showcased how the office could function once fully occupied. High-top seating along the windows provides a casual yet productive space for focused tasks, while soft seating areas encourage collaboration. The exposed concrete column and ceiling, combined with modern lighting and warm accent colors, create a contemporary aesthetic. To enhance privacy for occupants—given the ground floor location—we incorporated a bespoke window film, reducing visibility from passers-by while allowing natural light to flow through.
