To enhance the appeal of the space and help prospective tenants visualise its full potential, we proposed a high-quality CAT B office fit out. This design-led scheme not only made the space more memorable but also showcased how the office could function once fully occupied. The flexible concept allows for easy adaptation and rollout, ensuring it can be tailored to suit a company’s specific requirements while maintaining a professional and modern workplace environment.

This alternative work setting offers a blend of functionality and style, designed to cater to different working preferences. High-top seating along the windows provides a casual yet productive space for focused tasks, while soft seating areas encourage collaboration. The exposed concrete column and ceiling, combined with modern lighting and warm accent colors, create a contemporary aesthetic. To enhance privacy for occupants—given the ground floor location—we incorporated a bespoke window film, reducing visibility from passers-by while allowing natural light to flow through.

The meeting room is enclosed by stylish black-framed glazed office partitions, offering a perfect balance of openness and privacy. The reeded glass detailing enhances discretion while allowing natural light to flow through the space. These demountable office partitions create a flexible and contemporary workspace solution, helping to define areas without compromising the open-plan feel.
