In the heart of Holborn, 20 Midtown faced a significant challenge. Despite it's prime location and potential, prospective tenants struggled to visualise themselves in the vacant office space. The Landlord realised that without a tangible vision, the space remained just that - potential.

The spaces in question, on the 3rd and 5th floors, presented a blank canvas that ironically became its own barrier. The open-plan design, while modern, failed to spark the imagination of viewers. Potential tenants could not see beyond the empty shell to what could be a dynamic, functional office environment.

Modular desking systems were installed, demonstrating the area's capacity to adapt to various team sizes and working styles, all while promoting an ethos of collaboration and flexibility.

Perhaps most transformative was the strategic use of space to create a line of sight from the front to the back of the office, offering a sense of openness and grandeur, assuring no area felt confined.

The transformation was not without its hurdles. Structural limitations on the 5th floor and the need for rapid turnaround meant that innovative solutions were required. The project team worked tirelessly, ensuring thorough pre-planning and sequencing to make sure this project could be delivered in time for its launch to market.
