After successfully completing two similar office fit out projects, IPS was chosen to partner with Facilitate Corporation—a global workplace delivery specialist—on a high-quality office refurbishment in Holborn. Tasked with upgrading a previously fitted workspace for a leading global technology company, we delivered a design-led scheme that seamlessly integrated the client’s brand identity, creating a functional and visually striking environment.

The breakout area doubles as an all-hands meeting space, designed to foster collaboration and company-wide gatherings. As part of the office fit-out, we installed structured cabling to support the AV partner’s technology setup, ensuring seamless connectivity for presentations and events. The feature wall was enhanced with a bespoke graphic, adding a bold visual identity to the space.

To accommodate the new open-plan layout, we repositioned floor boxes and installed additional data cabling as needed. This ensured seamless connectivity and power distribution, aligning with the updated workstation configuration. The result is a highly functional and tech-enabled workspace that supports productivity and collaboration.

In the breakout space, we retiled the feature wall to enhance the aesthetic appeal and to accommodate extra timber shelving, complementing the overall design scheme. The kitchen was reconfigured to seamlessly accommodate the client’s barista-style coffee machine, ensuring a functional and high-end experience. Additional fridges were integrated for convenience, and new feature lighting was installed to create a warm and inviting ambiance.
