The building is arranged over a ground and lower ground floor, linked by a spiral staircase. As our client welcomes regular visitors, we designed a client facing reception with traditional meeting spaces. Training rooms, break out and open plan were located on the lower floor, with easy access to amenity space.

To ensure the design complied with the welfare regulations, we sourced and arranged a lift installation, so that all facilities could be easily accessed by staff and visitors with disabilities, while the spiral staircase was to become a feature of the design, linking both of the floors to the break out space and courtyard beyond.

The executive offices overlooked the open plan area for ease of communication and followed the theme of the rest of the office.
