E-Money Institution

Our client, is a rapidly expanding E-Money institution with a discerning clientele. The company values sophistication and wishes to position itself as an industry leader not just in its services, but also in its physical representation.

The IPS team were tasked with designing an elegant and high quality office environment that balances aesthetics with practicality, ensuring a comfortable and distraction free workspace.

The layout includes a boardroom and two private offices which are formed in full height double glazing, complete with double glazed sliding pocket doors. This enables an open feel with a view onto the art works within each area yet, conversations can remain private. Acoustic wall coverings effectively absorb sound, enhancing room acoustics and reducing unwanted noise, creating a more focused and comfortable environment. Deep blues further enhance the sense of calm and depth, while the light flooring design balances the warmth and brightness.

The open plan area has a combination of fabric wall coverings, cushion backed carpet tiles and a moss wall which introduces a biophilic element, improving the air quality and offering a calming aesthetic. The art work creates a focal point.

Overall, the design successfully marries elegance with functionality, ensuring our clients office is not only visually appealing but also conducive to productivity.
