Having carried out a major refurbishment of their existing offices before, our clients were keen to engage IPS to carry out their move to new premises.

The existing offices had design features which they dearly wished to include in their new office and although smaller, wished to retain a ‘ homely feel’.

The oak re-polished floors were complimented by rugs with cosy blue walls in emulsion, for the senior partners office. A separate lounge area for informal meetings was introduced.

The area outside the offices was utilised for informal meetings for 2/3 people in a quiet environment . Reeded manifestation to glass gave privacy to other partners.

As requested, we took a nod from the previous office in which they had been very happy, we refurbished the quality timber floors, upgraded existing lighting and increased power supplies. We also replaced all existing data and introduced new fire a security precautions.

Most importantly, using Natural Grasscloth in reception, corridor and meeting room, gave the ‘homely feel’ and the aluminium framed partitions allowed natural light to flood through to all areas.

The clients were extremely pleased with the end result. We had meetings to set up the project, the client trusted us and moved in when we said it was complete!
