01 The Brief

The Brief

IPS were introduced to this client, having already fitted out 2 other floors within the same building. Working in collaboration with our clients interior designer, we were tasked with creating a luxury office space with a relaxed lounge area, complete with bar and pool table, whilst still maintaining the core office function.

The lounge area was fitted with bespoke seating and coffee tables together with a media unit.

02 The Solution

The pool table is an interesting focal point in this office and is a memorable feature. Due to the number of full height windows in the space, we fitted motorised blinds which operate at the touch of a button.

The furniture was arranged so that the floor to ceiling windows could be fully appreciated.

Inside the individual office, shelving was designed to compliment the clean lines of the modern partitioning system.

The boardroom was designed to feel intimate and the requirement for a glass topped table and minimal framework posed a real challenge in terms of wire management!

The solution was to create a wire frame that was hollowed out for cable ways, and fed though from the floor box, through to the table top box.

The furniture was all suited within the office. We even sprayed the bars to form the industrial partitioning system to the same colour as the window mullions and this formed the basis for all of the other metal work within the design.

The reception counter was designed to compliment the scheme and sympathetic to the colours from the walls and partitioning.

The textured fabric wall paper formed a lovely backdrop to the counter.

The storage wall doors and decor panels to the end of the corridor were also carefully selected to fit within the overall scheme.

As our client often entertains, they requested a fully fitted kitchen, so that caterers could be brought in from time to time.
