The Brief

Due to a lease event, a highly regarded Private Equity firm approached us to help them identify suitable space by offering test fit layouts on shortlisted options. Once they had settled on their new home - a CAT A+ specification office - we were tasked with sympathetically altering the space to suit their occupational requirements.

01 The Brief


We were asked to include 5no partner offices, large comms room to incorporate print facilities, executive assistant area, semi enclosed and enlarged break space and an open plan area to house their investment team.

The Solution

We worked with our client to formulate a specification which was not only sympathetic to the overall theme, but also to sustainably deliver their office fit out. We identified which pieces of furniture could be kept and then liaised with the building asset management team to ensure that any unwanted items could be re-used in one of their other CAT A+ schemes.

03 The Solution


Existing finishes were carefully planned so that we had very little wastage. In fact, we managed to re-use all of the luxury vinyl tiles, most of the carpet tiles and all of the LED light fittings. We matched the existing kitchen units as part of the extension of the break space and complemented the industrial style glazing from the meeting rooms to screen the space from the investment team.

The meeting furniture was upgraded to include high-end tables with cable access flaps. We consulted with our client's IT partner to ensure all of the required connectivity was able to be integrated with the new video conferencing system and this was then incorporated into the table. Our client wished to re-use their meeting chairs which were brought with them from their existing office and we used chairs from the original fit out around the smaller meeting room table.



The programme dates were set due to our client's exit negotiations from their current space, and we ensured delivery on time, on budget and to our client's complete satisfaction.
