Phillip Richardson

Starting working life by assisting interior designers and contractors, introducing wide width textiles and vinyls to the office interiors market, from all over the World, Phillip then joined a company offering office partitioning to commercial clients in the late 70's.

During this time, he acted as a consultant to a number of insurance companies and their estate agents, assisting in the acquisition of new premises. The package interior industry was in embryonic stage in the early 80's and this was seen as a great opportunity for IPS.

Today, Phillip continues to enjoy meeting clients and enthusiastically developing their ideas with his wide ranging knowledge of office interiors.

Outside of work, Phillip has always had a keen interest in vintage and veteran cars, is a keen swimmer, occasional golfer and follower of football.

Sales Consultant

Mark Richardson

Mark went straight from full time education into property, where he enjoyed roles in both residential and commercial, gaining a wealth of experience in London.

In 2006, an opportunity arose to join his father at IPS and directly report to one of the industries most experienced office interior specialists, the late Philip Kiddie, who was able to devote a great deal of time teaching all aspects of 'Design and Build' contracting.

Mark has developed long standing relationships with many 'Blue Chip' companies, carrying out individual projects up to 20,000 sq feet.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys skiing, is learning to play Golf and loves watching various live sports. Mark also enjoys travel, particularly to Italy, for the views and the food!

Adrian Reader

Office Manager/ Design Assistant

Stephanie Richardson

Stephanie went straight to Fashion Design college from school and then worked for a number of well known retailers before becoming Office Manager at an investment company. She was then employed as PA to Directors at a Sports Media Practice.

Missing the design input that she craved, she joined IPS and simultaneously studies Interior Design whilst managing the office.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a keen fitness enthusiast, enjoying running for charity, working out in the gym and swimming. Stephanie has recently developed a passion for skiing and hits the slopes when she can!

Project Coordinator

James Richardson

James started working life as a Commercial Property Agent, specialising in acquisitions in Mayfair, before joining the family business in 2011.

James is fully involved in the smooth running of his allocated fit out projects. From overseeing procurement and client liaison through to final handover.

Outside of work, James enjoys music, travel, skiing, health and fitness, nutrition and fund raising.

Design Manager

Cliff Bassett

After completing a degree in interior design Cheryl has been successfully designing client visions into reality since 2012. With a rich background in interiors she has designed everything from fish & chip shops , pharmacies and your local coffee shop to 6040 sqm offices , hospitality suites for football stadiums and everything in between.

With a passion for design and innovation she is always on the hunt for the latest trends, newest products and the most creative solutions for her clients projects.

Cheryl’s creativity is not restricted to the office and in her free time enjoys many other creative pursuits including baking , paper craft , painting and a spot of DIY . When she isn’t doing all that you can find her poolside enjoying a good book or at least wishing she was.
