Interior Property Solutions Ltd is a leading office fit-out and refurbishment company based in Barnet, Hertfordshire. We provide a comprehensive turnkey service, including Office Partitioning, Electrical & Data Installations, Suspended Ceilings, Floor Coverings, Tea Points, Decoration, Furniture, and Air-Conditioning.

Objectives
To reduce our environmental impact, we are committed to:
- Enhancing recycling efforts by ensuring materials removed from sites are properly processed, with recycling certificates obtained.
- Reducing general waste generation through better planning at the office design and procurement stages.
- Prioritising sustainable materials, carefully selecting suppliers and manufacturers based on their environmental credentials.
- Conducting post-project reviews to identify opportunities for further sustainability improvements.
Targets
To meet these objectives, we have set the following targets:
- By August 2025, inform all suppliers and manufacturers of our environmental policy and ensure all new suppliers align with our sustainability goals.
- By August 2025, establish and implement best practices for reducing site waste, ensuring all site operatives are trained and that environmental training is included in all new staff inductions.
- Continuously review our environmental impact, updating this policy as necessary in response to operational changes or new legislation.
- Consider sustainability at every stage of design and material specification to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
Monitoring & Auditing
Progress will be reviewed in monthly management meetings, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
